FRIDAY - October 31 - "Recuerdo" Halloween Milonga!
Carlos Favre
invites you to an evening of fun and surprises -
with prizes for different costumes - and of course tango,
with great music and yummy food to keep you dancing.
Wear something fun, funny, mysterious, unusual, creative,
and we'll fill the room with color and playful personalities !
9:30pm - 2am;$15; $12 for
students with ID.
SATURDAY
- November 1 - "Black Magic Milonga"
- in contrast to
the Halloween milonga,
tonight is a night for all black
- your most elegant or exotic black ensemble -
to match the excellent music of
Ellen Mashkovich in the DJ booth!
9:30pm - 2am; $15; $12 for students with ID.
8 - 9:15pm:
Tango class with Carlos Favre.
even if you missed the
class last Saturday, you are
welcome to join and discover how to bring magic
to your tango dancing. $20 includes the milonga.
$10 for the class alone.

the Red Line to Sheridan, walk 1/2 block to
Irving Park; take the bus west to Ravenswood.

Line to Addison, walk up Lincoln to
Irving Park, right (east) on Irving to Ravenswood,
go under the tracks to the building on the corner.
This is about 6 blocks on major streets with cafes,
bars & restaurants, well-lighted and populated.
